The senior most member of the association  Mr. V.P. Singh Bhatia, Advocate, M.A, LL.B. joined this noble profession in the year 1983, when he was enrolled with Punjab and Haryana Bar Council, Chandigarh with enrolment No. P-493/1983. Mr. Bhatia started the practice in the District Courts at Amritsar and is providing his best of services for the justice since 1983 in the District Courts at Amritsar. The field of practice of the senior most member of the association was criminal litigation (with specialization in handling the cases related to TADA, POTA, Unlawful Activities Act, NDPS Act), the disputes related to the Insecticides Act, Food Adulteration, Matrimonial Litigation.

Mr. V.P. Singh Bhatia, Advocate planned to extend the association and to grow its branches at the higher level as a result of which the association got its strength when another member from his family, his son Mr. Gursimran Singh Bhatia, Advocate, B.A. LL.B (Hons.)   joined this profession in the year 2009 and he was enrolled with Punjab and Haryana Bar Council, Chandigarh with enrolment No. P-1509/2009. The association started its own branch in Chandigarh to contest the litigation for its clients in Punjab and Haryana High Court at Chandigarh. Since then the association have increased its field of practice and new areas of practice.

Mr. Gursimran Singh Bhatia then joined his hands and to start new venture of the association, Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Banga, Advocate, B.A., LL.B,}  P-490/2008 was made part of this group and Mr. Banga has been dealing with the Civil Litigation, Revenue Matters, Consumer Protection.

The association in the year 2019 got another member from Bhatia family joining the profession, wherein Dr. Namah N Kaur, Advocate, B.A LL.B (Hons.), LL.M, Ph.D (Law)P-3027/2010 after completing studies has now joined this noble profession, where by the specialization of her studies was the Banking Law particularly the Debt Recovery Tribunal and Securitisation of Law. Now, the association is also dealing with dispute related to Banking sector particularly the litigation in Debt Recovery Tribunal.
