“Deceased died in a road accident on account of use of motor vehicle, which is being driven in rash and negligent manner- age of deceased is 20 years- notional income of deceased was taken as Rs. 15,000/- p.m.- multiplier of the deceased who was 20 years at the time of accident ought to be applied”.
